Les Hughes,
General Manager
Coach Les is a co-founder and our general manager, dealing with all aspects of club business.
He has over 30 years of experience coaching girls and boys basketball at public and private high schools in Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties, with multiple aau basketball clubs, and several youth travel teams.
Coach Les has been around sports since his youth when he played baseball, basketball, tennis, and golf. He still plays golf, and has now added pickleball to his activities. :)
He's willing to help out wherever needed, and will assist Coach Kyle in providing opportunities for young athletes in our area to participate in sports.

Coach Les' basketball coaching background...
Coach Les grew up in McLean and Oakton, and was fortunate to play HS basketball for Flint Hill Prep in the 1980's, and had multiple teammates that went on to play major division 1 basketball, and some that made it to the NBA. As a junior, he was a starter on Flint Hill's 1987 USA Today National Championship team. He later attended George Mason University, but played internationally in his native Uruguay.
